Bernie Grundman for those that don’t know is one of the most sought after and notable mastering engineers. Having worked in the music field since the 1960s he has earned a stellar reputation for mastering works on some of the biggest albums of all time.
Below are some of the albums that Bernie really thinks highly of. I grabbed this information from a few videos I watched. His two favorite albums are the Saxophone Colossus and the Bartok both listed below. I wished I had more recommendations from Bernie because, after years of listing to the albums he has worked on, I trust his ears and mastering skills to bring high-quality records to the masses.
